Melissa has spent the last 23 years working with Frank C. Kiepura P.C.  preparing individual and corporate tax returns. In addition to Mi Tax Pro,  Melissa owns a New York State/New York City (M/WBE) Certified real estate company in Albany, New York.  Melissa enjoys helping clients maximize their after-tax income by taking advantage of all of the deductions and credits to meet her clients financial goals. Besides being with her clients , Melissa loves spending time with her three children and her French bulldog "Willy". 

Sit Back Tax LLC is a proud partner and owner of Mi Tax Pro LLC. Ian founded Sit Back Tax LLC in 2022 to provide clients with tax preparation and IRS representation. By partnering, Ian and Melissa can provide more sophisticated services to a wider market. Together, our goal is to maximize refunds, avoid taxes, protect our clients' hard-earned money, and provide superior representation before the Internal Revenue Service and New York State.
